I had a great experience with Total Automotive & Offroad. Josh was professional, friendly, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. They completed a throttle body cleaning on my SUV quickly and efficiently, and the service exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Josh even offered me a ride home if the wait was going to be longer, which was a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they care about their customers. I highly recommend Total Automotive & Offroad and appreciate Josh and the team for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service!

My experience at Total Automotive received an excellent customer satisfaction rating. Jose maintained clear communication regarding vehicle updates and provided a detailed breakdown of payment costs corresponding to each specific repair component. The technician assigned to the service demonstrated proficiency by clearly explaining the necessary repairs to address the vehicle’s issues. Upon vehicle pickup, Carlos delivered comprehensive feedback on the quality assurance measures implemented during the service process.
